Delete Your Mingo Account

Mingo is a dating & social app by Bilel Saidani. This page explains how to permanently delete your Mingo account and your data.

How to delete your account

Open the Mingo app
Go to Profile → Account & Profile → Account Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email theperfectside2021@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Mingo account and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within a few days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

Your profile (name, age, gender, country, bio, photos)
All messages and conversations
All matches and likes (sent and received)
Posts, comments, and likes on the Feed
Your gem balance and purchase history

Nothing is retained after deletion — there is no additional retention period.
